Monday drops: how the weekly template pack gets built.

Every Monday a new FieldStack template lands in the library — built from a real tradesperson call transcript, not a marketing demo. Here is the build pipeline behind it.

The playbook

Read on.

Monday drops: how the weekly template pack gets built.

Each Monday drop starts with a real call transcript from a contractor running one of the agents in production. The transcript is scrubbed of identifying detail, then re-read for the failure shape: where did the dispatcher step in, what did the customer repeat, which intake field stalled the booking.

That failure shape becomes the prompt spec for the next template. We are not inventing automation for hypothetical workflows — we are codifying what already worked on a real call, so the next contractor with the same shape can skip the trial-and-error week.

Eight templates ship today: intake forms, missed-call text-back, quote pre-fill, job-cost follow-up, lead router, booking confirmation, review request, and the dispatcher handoff template. Next Monday adds the ninth. The library is intentionally small and fast — a stack you can actually finish, not a marketplace you have to scroll.

If you have a call pattern that recurs and would benefit from a template, send it in. The fastest way to the front of the queue is a clean transcript and a one-line description of what you wish the agent had done instead.

Next step

Take the playbook on the truck.

Open the template library, fill the bracketed blanks for your trade, and run the same prompt on tomorrow's call. The library ships with eight templates today — next Monday adds the ninth.
